Biden infrastructure plan

President Joe Biden has proposed a $2.3 trillion infrastructure plan that includes spending on everything from clean water to broadband internet to child-care facilities. Biden’s plan includes $80 billion for Amtrak’s repair backlog and other passenger and freight rail improvements. Amtrak wants to expand service through Atlanta and across the country.
