A 3-year-old girl who was pulled from a car that filled with carbon monoxide has died after fighting for her life.

Saniyah Bonilla, 3, had been found inside the car. She was taken to a nearby hospital in "very critical condition."

According to NorthJersey.com, her 1-year-old brother Messiah, and her mom, Sashalynn Rosa, 23, died from fumes Saturday.

The three of them were sitting in their car as their dad shoveled the car out of a pile of snow, according to police.

The tailpipe, however, was clogged with snow. The car quickly filled with carbon monoxide.

About 20 minutes later, Rosa's husband realized it looked like his family had fallen asleep in the car and tried to move them before he called police.
