A Mexican stabbing victim was nicknamed "El Caballero" ("The Gentleman") by the staff at the hospital he walked in to and asked if they could help him remove the pair of scissors from his head.
The victim said he was drinking at a bar when another man became aggressive toward him.
When the victim offered to buy the man a drink, the man responded by taking out a pair of scissors and stabbing him in the face.
He’s expected to make a full recovery, albeit with a cool scar on his face.
