VIDEO: Cobb cops punch, drag man accused of DUI
A video shows Cobb County police officers punching a man accused of DUI and dragging him out of his car following what a witness called a slow-speed chase.
That witness, C.J. Jones, also said a Taser went off in the incident, which he recorded using his phone and a car mirror, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Miguel Sanchez faces a DUI charge after police said he was driving erratically on the Ga. 120 loop Tuesday, the television station reported.

Cobb police Officer Alicia Chilton, in an email to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, said the incident is under review.
The video shows one officer punching Sanchez in his car before another helps drag Sanchez out of the vehicle.
It ultimately took three officers to arrest Sanchez on the ground, the video shows.
Jones told Channel 2 he was disturbed to see three officers jump on Sanchez, but he's not condemning what they did.
"If there's not a weapon or anything like that, you know, certain force isn't necessary,” Jones said. “But in that situation, not knowing why he's stopping or what's going on, I see both sides of it, you know?”
