Violent crash sends 3 to hospital
A violent crash in South Fulton sent three people to a local hospital, police said.
The crash occurred about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on Bethsaida Road and Old National Highway, South Fulton police spokeswoman Maureen Smith said.
The driver of a Dodge Magnum failed to obey the traffic signal, causing a collision with a Ford F-150, she said.

Footage shot Wednesday morning by Channel 2 Action News showed broken tree limbs and other debris scattered along Old National Highway.

Crews were on the scene just before 8:30 a.m. to clean the mess.

The conditions of the injured and other details have not been released.
“This incident is still under investigation and charges are pending on the driver of the Dodge Magnum,” Smith said. “There are no further updates or information available at this time.”
