A six-car pileup at the Cobb Cloverleaf sent four people to the hospital and impacted traffic throughout the northwest suburbs Friday morning, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.
Multiple left lanes were blocked on I-285 East past the I-75 interchange for nearly two hours while authorities were on scene. The lanes reopened just before 8:30 a.m.

Police and fire crews responded to the scene just before 7 a.m. The conditions of the four people transported were not released.
At their worst, delays were nearly two hours between I-20 and I-75 on the Westside, according to the Traffic Center.
