Pedestrian critical after Atlanta collision
A pedestrian is in critical condition Wednesday morning following an accident near Midtown, police said.
Channel 2 Action News is reporting that an individual was in the middle of Ponce De Leon Avenue near Glen Iris Drive around 3 a.m. when he was hit.
The collision closed Ponce for a time while police investigated the accident.
The driver stopped and was not found to be at fault, police told Channel 2. The individual was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
