Be prepared to hear warning sirens around metro Atlanta this morning.

They’re part of a tornado drill.

This is Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Georgia.

The sirens are set to sound at 9 a.m. The all clear signal is scheduled for 9:15 a.m.

Individuals and employers are being encouraged to take the opportunity to review their emergency preparedness plans.
