Teen accused of molesting classmate in high school classroom

A Cobb County teenager is accused of molesting a classmate inside a high school classroom, according to an arrest warrant.

Lee Eddie Anderson, of Powder Springs, was arrested Friday morning and charged with aggravated child molestation, Cobb County jail records show. Anderson’s date of birth was not available, but he was born in 1996, according to booking records.

Anderson is accused of molesting a 15-year-old student “in a secluded portion of a classroom at McEachern High School,” the arrest warrant states. The incident allegedly happened on Feb. 20 at 3 p.m., according to school system police, who secured the warrant.

Anderson was released early Saturday after posting $5,000 bond, records show.
