PHOTOS: Carter departs Atlanta for services in Washington D.C.

President Jimmy Carter departed his presidential center in Atlanta on Tuesday. His procession will take him to Dobbins Air Force Base, where he will be be taken to Washingotn D.C. to lie in state.
