Photos: 136 dogs rescued from suspected South Georgia 'puppy mill'
State agents seized 136 dogs from a Pierce County kennel after getting a tip about potential animal abuse at the property. The dogs were mostly smaller breeds like Maltese, Dachshunds, Boston Terriers, Pomeranians and Shih-Tzu's, the Atlanta Humane Society said.
