A former DeKalb County district attorney presents a historical perspective on the prohibition of cannabis and implores the 2015 General Assembly to conduct a comprehensive cost/benefit analysis of legalization for medicinal and recreational use. Meanwhile, a conservative activist supports medicinal use of pot but opposes its use for recreational purposes.
