SHELNUTT, Jr., Franklin Delano
We sadly announce the passing of beloved father, grandfather and U.S. Navy veteran Franklin D Shelnutt Jr. He returned to his mother's arms on February 7, 2023, leaving behind siblings, Iris and Richard; children Robert, Iris, James, Christal and Diana; and grandchildren, Hazel, Gabriel, Lily and Jonathan.
