Montana wildlife officials released video Friday of an encounter between tourists and a mama bear with her three cubs.
In the video, tourists at Yellowstone National Park are seen hustling away from the mama black bear as she charges at them, herding them away from her space.
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Information Officer Vivaca Crowser was driving home Wednesday night when she saw a cluster of people who had apparently forgotten they were vulnerable. (Source: NBCMontana.com)

Crowser said the fleeing people tried to get up close to the bears and “they just really forgot about the caution and the respect for space that the bears needed in this case."
