At least two children have suffered amputated fingers because of broken welds on stainless steel playground slides.

The classic-style slide was sold to parks, schools and cities throughout the country over the last 16 years.

Consumers should immediately stop using the slides and contact Playworld for a free replacement and installation of a new slide.

Playworld is aware of 13 incidents of broken welds.
