One of the great happenings in sports is scheduled for tonight as the Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs will play a seventh game in the World Series.

Here are five things to know before the game:

1. The first pitch is scheduled for shortly after 8 p.m. from Progressive Field in Cleveland. Fox will broadcast the game.

2. The Indians will send their ace to the mound in Corey Kluber, an 18-game winner who has already shut down the Cubs twice in the World Series.

3. The Cubs will counter with Kyle Hendricks, a 16-game winner in the regular season who gave up no runs in Game 3 but allowed six hits and two walks in 4.1 innings.

4. Chicago has moved to a slight favorite according to Bovada. They have 5/6 odds to win the game while the Indians are getting 11/10. The Cubs were given about a 25-percent chance to win the series before the start of Game 6.

5. If it comes down to a battle of the bullpens, Cleveland would seem to have the advantage. Manager Terry Francona was able to save top relievers Andrew Miller and Cody Allen during Game 6 while Chicago counterpart Joe Maddon called upon Aroldis Chapman in the seventh inning.

6. Both franchises are 0-1 in Game 7s in the Fall Classic. Chicago fell into a 5-0 hole en route to losing 9-3 to the Tigers in 1945, and the Indians blew a 2-1 ninth-inning lead before losing 3-2 in 11 innings to the Marlins in 1997.

7. The Cubs and Indians have gone a combined 176 years without winning a World Series, but someone’s drought ends tonight.
