If you're looking for a new home, Greg Leeson has the place for you. His 4-bedroom 2.5 bath Victorian home has original hardwood floors throughout, stainless windows, a roomy basement with wet bar, and possibly a rather noisy and rude apparition.

The Pennsylvania home owner recently listed his historic home on the real estate site Zillow.com with some rather interesting disclosures.

In his listing Leeson describes the paranormal activities you might have to deal with in the "slightly haunted" home, "The sounds of phantom footsteps. A strange knocking sound followed by a very quiet (hardly noticeable, even) scream at 3:13 a.m., maybe once a week. Twice a week, tops."

"And the occasional ghastly visage lurking behind you in the bathroom mirror. Even still, this occurs very rarely and only in the second-floor bathroom."

Leeson is asking $144,000 for the home built in 1901 and says he has already received a number of offers on the home.

He also admits that his rather savvy listing is good publicity for the property, despite the homes flaws.

And if you're willing to put up with such other-worldly phenomenon you'll get to enjoy other such unique features as a "large, unfinished crawl space behind concealed door hidden in bedroom closet. Very strange area, but perfect for storage."
