Firefighters rescued a pair of window washers Wednesday morning after they became stranded in a basket that was dangling from a skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City.
Video released by officials showed the basket swinging back and forth from Devon Tower before firefighters were able to secure it.
The lift struck the tower as it swung, breaking glass, The Oklahoman reported. Video from the tower showed two people standing and holding on to the sides of the basket as it swayed.
Firefighters said they were able to secure the lift and rescue the pair about an hour after the incident was reported.
It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
