Oklahoma City Thunder fans got a bombshell Monday morning when they learned Kevin Durant is leaving the team.

Many across the state were on the edge of their seats waiting to hear if Durant would stay in the Sooner State, but it was bad news for them when Durant announced he would be playing for Golden State.

Fans told FOX23 they were not expecting the move.

They said it was even worse to learn the news on a holiday.
