After decades on the air, the long-running kids show “Caillou” is no longer airing — and some parents are celebrating.

PBS Kids announced on Twitter Jan. 5 that the show, which premiered on PBS on September 4, 2000, was ending its run.

The account also included resources for parents of children who may be fans of the show and upset to see it go.

Deadline reported the Canadian-produced show ran for five seasons until 2010 and went into syndication after. It revolves around the title character, who is 4 years old, and his interactions with his family and friends.

Although some kids may be sad to see the toddler go, many parents are not. Across the internet, many claim Caillou was whiny and taught their children bad habits.

Still, some were disappointed to see the show go, and didn’t mind the show much.
