David Satcher, the former Surgeon General of the United States and Otis Brawley, the American Cancer Society’s chief medical officer, will join other leading experts Monday in a webinar discussion on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and what kind of impact it can have on eliminating health disparities.

The event is being sponsored by the Morehouse School of Medicine and will begin at 11 .m.
