No bomb was found at McIntosh High School and normal operations have resumed at the Peachtree City campus, the spokeswoman for Fayette County Schools said.

McIntosh was placed on lockdown Monday morning after receiving a bomb threat, Fayette County Schools spokeswoman Melinda Berry-Dreisbach said.

Bomb sniffing dogs were brought in to check out the campus at 201 Walt Banks Road.

Berry-Dreisbach told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution the lockdown was lifted at 11:45 a.m.
