Work on Ga. 316 near Sugarloaf Parkway will lead to lane closures Friday night.
From 9 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday crews will resurface the highway eastbound from Herrington Road to Sugarloaf. The contractor will close two lanes at a time to remove and replace old asphalt and stripe the lanes. Delays are expected and will likely impact northbound I-85 traffic.
