The Woodstock Planning Commission will consider proposed variances on two pending downtown projects at 7 p.m. Jan. 8 at the Chambers at City Center, 8534 Main St.
Cherokee Entertainment LLC seeks variances on its Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center at 10010 and 10020 Ga. 92 to allow for altered window shapes/treatments and a hard stucco exterior to the building front. And Mike Levi wants parking changes for a two-story live music venue at 8722 Main St., including a reduction in permanent parking from 72 to 31 spaces.
A city development committee signed off on both in mid-December.
