Woman apparently jumps from car during police chase
A passenger apparently jumped out of a vehicle during a police chase in DeKalb County on Friday, Channel 2 Action News reported.
DeKalb police attempted to stop a vehicle on Memorial Drive, but the driver sped away onto U.S. 78 west, dispatch said.
A female passenger apparently jumped from the moving vehicle on Memorial Drive. There is no word yet on her condition.
The driver was taken into custody when the chase ended on U.S. 78.
Information on what charges the driver may be facing was not immediately available.
