A woman is in jail without bond after being arrested for allegedly letting a convicted child molester move back into her home.

Darrikka Shantel Driver, 31, was in court in Clayton County on Tuesday and is charged with child cruelty and harboring a sex offender, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Police said Driver’s boyfriend, Natavious Akeem Mays, 22, moved back in with Driver and minors after his release from prison and molested one of his previous victim again. The assault was recorded with his cellphone, according to court records.

Driver is accused of lying to police about where Mays lived. She was arrested early Tuesday, booking records show.

Mays, who also was arrested Tuesday, will be in court Wednesday, Channel 2 said. According to booking records, he is charged with aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation of children, sodomy and failure to register as a sex offender.

He served time in Dooly State Prison for child molestation and released in October, Georgia Department of Corrections records show.
