Widespread 911 outage resolved in DeKalb, police say

AT&T reported a major outage Thursday, which prevented certain customers from dialing 911, according to DeKalb County.

It was resolved about an hour later, police said on Twitter at 1:30 p.m.

Customers affected were those with area code 404 and the exchange of 284, 286, 288, 289 or 534.
