It's going to be another cool morning in metro Atlanta. But sunshine and warmer weather is on the way.
Cloudy skies should clear by midday Tuesday and high temperatures will be warmer than Monday, Channel 2 Action News chief meteorologist Glenn Burns said.
Tuesday's high in the Atlanta area should hit 66 degrees and reach the 70s in the Athens area, Burns said.
Then, it will get a little warmer each day. Friday's high temperature is expected to reach 86 degrees, thanks to mostly sunny skies, Burns said.
The weekend forecast is a warm one, with temperatures expected to hit 88 degrees Saturday and Sunday.
