Water was restored Wednesday night to about 10 Alpharetta businesses that were left high and dry by a water main break earlier in the day, Channel 2 Action News reports.

Fulton County public works crews had to repair a 10-inch main at 12370 Arnold Mill Road, said county spokesperson Jessica Corbitt.

The center turn lane of Arnold Mill Road was temporarily closed to allow workers to make the repairs, but through lanes were open in both directions. No residential customers were affected by the break..
