The Gwinnett County man accused of exposing himself inside a Waffle House has done the same thing before, police said Friday.
Tracy Leonard Brown, 37, of Suwanee, is now facing his third charge of public indeceny, Capt. Clyde Byers with Suwanee police said.
A waitress at the restaurant on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard called police Sept. 23 after watching Brown sit in a booth and unzip his pants, according to the police report obtained by the AJC. The waitress told police she recognized Brown because he had done a similar thing in the restaurant in July 2010.
Another waitress told police that Brown told her he liked Egyptian women and that he made $2,500 every two weeks, the report states.
When he left the restaurant, the first waitress got the tag number from Brown's red Chevrolet Tahoe and called police.
In addition to the most recent charge, Brown faces a public indecency charge from the 2010 incident, Byers said. In December 2009, Brown allegedly exposed himself to a woman outside of a Subway restaurant in Gwinnett County, outside of the Suwanee city limits.
Brown remained in the Gwinnett County jail Friday.
