Five businesses have been named finalists for the 2012 Vinings Business of the Year award: Vinings Historic Preservation Society, LGE Credit Union, Social Vinings restaurant. The BrightSide News Vinings Edition, and the Marriott Courtyard Vinings Hotel. The Vinings Business Association selected these businesses for their commitment to the community. The 2012 winner will be announced at the group’s Jan. 8 luncheon.
