Three acres on Harmony Grove Road was annexed into Lilburn city limits Monday. The property is vacant and joins the city along its northern boundary with road frontage on Harmony Grove Road.

The property is zoned for residential use and the annexation application by owner Flora Evans states there are no specific plans for the property.

The city Planning Department is reviewing plans submitted for two nearby properties, including a convenience store with fuel on U.S. 29 at Harmony Grove Road and a package store on U.S. 29 at Braden Drive.
