Union City seeks donations for hospital patients
The city of Union City is asking residents to help make the holiday season special for patients at the Georgia Regional Hospital by donating to the Mayor’s Christmas Motorcade.
Suggested items include clothing, personal care items, snacks (no gum), entertainment items such as books or DVDs.
All gifts should be new and unwrapped. No glass containers or objects with sharp edges metal or strings. Please remember most patients are adults.
Donation bins are located at City Hall, 5047 Union St. and the Union City Police Department, 5060 Union St.
Donations must be received by Monday and items will be delivered to the Georgia Regional Hospital on Dec. 3.
