Two small children were reportedly shot Friday night at a home on Polar Rock Place in southwest Atlanta, and one has died, according to WSB Channel 2 Action News.
A two-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy were struck by shots fired from outside the house, Atlanta police told WSB. The girl was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, but died from her injuries. The boy was taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston and is in stable but critical condition, police said.
Police are asking the public for any information related to the shooting.
