Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners voted last week to approve the addition of Lankford Road in Princeton Crossing into the speed hump program. The addition of the Tucker neighborhood will include five speed humps at $1,650 each and two signs at $16.50 each for a total cost of $8,283.

Forty-six homes along Lankford Road between the Azaela Road intersection and Stow Drive were required to vote before approval in the program. Ninety-one percent of the homeowners affected voted in agreement to participate in the program. The 2009 SPLOST program funds the speed hump program.
