A trial slated to begin this week for the former general counsel and CEO of the Glock gun manufacturing company's American operations, Paul Jannuzzo, has been postponed until Feb. 21.
Defense attorneys asked for a continuance to have more time to review the case, said Cobb County Assistant District Attorney John Butters. Jannuzzo is incarcerated at the Cobb County jail without bond. He faces theft and racketeering charges for allegedly misappropriating millions of dollars from the Austria-based firearms company, which has its U.S. headquarters in Smyrna.
