A multivehicle wreck that brought traffic DeKalb County drivers on I-20 to a standstill Friday morning has cleared.

All westbound lanes at Panola Road have reopened, the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center reported.

DeKalb police spokesman Sgt. J.D. Spencer said the wreck involved six or seven vehicles. Some motorists were injured in the wreck, he said, but the severity of those injuries is unknown.

The wreck caused delays back to Lithonia just before noon, but traffic is moving again, according to the Traffic Center.
