This Chateau Elan home has even more perks than its nearby in-demand winery and spa — namely, a man cave.

The 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom home spreads 17,000 square feet, sits on 1.67 acres and features a mother-in-law suite, expansive kids loft, pool, guest house and, of course, the man cave.

According to real estate site Zillow.com, the Braselton home sold for just $650,000 in 2010, but today is on the market for $2.79 million.
