We constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money. How come we never hear about welfare running out of money? What’s interesting is the first group “worked for” their money, but the second didn’t.

Martin Luther King’s children are really getting on everyone’s nerves. He died for peace and his children can’t have peace among each other. They all need to get a real job and stop living off his legacy.

I have been diagnosed with cancer. All the things that everyone complain about seem quite trivial to me at this point.

It does not take a task force or an additional executive to read a weather forecast and heed the warning. All it takes is common sense, which is totally missing in this state.

The Super Bowl game was not so good, but the national anthem was spectacular!

ANYONE that thinks drugs are cool should have a picture of Philip Seymour Hoffman laying on his bathroom floor with a syringe in his arm, DEAD from an overdose and realize what a waste of incredible talent!

We’ve been hearing who isn’t responsible for deciding school closings. So who IS responsible? And why aren’t we hearing an apology from them?

Why is there never a thought of not having trucks enter the city limits during commuter hours? They have plenty of time to come through during work hours.

A BIG “thank you” is due the Atlanta Braves. They just gave us more than 135 million more reasons to neither watch nor attend a pro game of any kind.

Two children are dead, countless others are sick from exposure and millions of dollars are pending in auto claims. NOT time to move on.
