Dunwoody City council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. July 13 at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, suite 103. Items on the agenda include: a rezoning request by Atlanta Office Investment regarding property at 245 Perimeter Center Parkway; the Tax Assessment Freeze refunds; transmittal of the Comprehensive Plan of Dunwoody to the Department of Community Affairs; and discussion of the HOST-like Homestead Exemption. According to the agenda, the public will be heard on the transmitting the Comprehensive plan to the DCA during the July 27 meeting.
