Sunny, warm days ahead
Break out the sunscreen Atlanta. More warm and sunny days are ahead.
Sunday will be another pleasant day with temperatures in the low-70s, Channel 2 Action News meteorologist David Chandley said.
“A decent afternoon is shaping up,” Chandley said.
Nighttime temperatures will also continue to be pleasant, hovering in the mid-50s, he said.
Temperatures will continue to rise with daytime readings expected to hit 80 Tuesday.
Umbrellas won’t be needed for several days. The next round of rain and thunderstorms won’t come until Thursday, Chandley said.
