Sugar Hill is now home to The Art-o-Mat, a rehabilitated cigarette machine that sells original works of art from artists across the country for only $5.
Art-o-mats can be found in galleries, shops and museums like the Smithsonian, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and now in Sugar Hill. Sugar Hill’s Art-o-Mat is one of just two in the state of Georgia.
The Art-o-mat can be found inside the E-Center, 5019 West Broad Street in downtown Sugar Hill next to Central City Tavern.
Bring cash; this old-school vending machine only accepts $1 and $5 bills.
There are around 400 contributing artists from 10 different countries currently involved in the Art-o-mat® project and they are always searching for fresh work. Information: www.sugarhillarts.com/artomat.
