Sugar Hill has released a Request For Proposals to complete a Housing Study. The results will provide insight on housing issues and assist decision makers and community stakeholders in understanding present and future needs related to housing.

Issues to be evaluated include demographic and characteristics of household living in Sugar Hill, projected economic, employment and population change over the next 15 years, transportation needs and to what extent the community might require specialized housing for the aging or those with special needs. The survey will also assess local financial institutions for their active participation in mortgage and home repair loans.
