Sugar Hill announces photo contest winners

Sugar Hill has announced the Sweet Life Photo Contest winners. Winners will be recognized at the next city council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 10. All submissions are on display through the end of the year during normal business hours at City Hall, 5039 West Broad St.

Winners include: Architecture: City Hall Sunrise, by Amanda Upshaw; Honorable Mention- Architecture: Headed for Greatness, by Stefani Parke; Winner-Environment: Make a Wish, by Melissa Mendez; Honorable Mention-Environment: Sweet Life, by Rose Palmerson; Winner-Sweet Life: Father Time, by Colleen Woodman; Honorable Mention-Sweet Life: Under The Glow of Neon Lights, by Melissa Mendez; Winner-Community: Mayor Steve Edwards and Friends Celebrating Gwinnett’s 200th Birthday, by Boo; and Honorable Mention- Community: Simple Joy, by Mindy Sullivan.
