The Southwest Airlines airliner in which a person died Tuesday while flying from New York City to Dallas had been in Austin last week, according to flight records.

The Boeing 737 landed at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on Wednesday after arriving from Lubbock, according to the plane’s flight history. It then took off for Los Angeles International Airport, the site said.

The plane also landed in Austin on April 6 from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport before taking off for William P. Hobby Airport in Houston.

Flight 1380 was headed for Dallas Love Field Airport when a critical engine failure threw off shrapnel more than 6 miles up in the air before the flight landed in Philadelphia.

The Federal Aviation Administration said that one person has died in the flight, making it the first deadly incident involving a commercial airliner in the U.S. since 2009.
