The South Cobb Regional Library will be closed through Jan. 4 for the final stage of its renovation project.

The South Cobb library, 805 Clay Road, Mableton, will re-open at 10 a.m. on Jan. 5.

Opened since May 2006, South Cobb Regional Library - at 20,000 square feet - is triple the size of the former branch on Mableton Parkway, has the busiest computers of all 16 locations and is fifth in circulation.
