A negotiated plea is worked out in Cherokee County Superior Court for a Smyrna woman originally charged with kidnapping.

WSB covered the search for 12-year-old Aryana Warren in July.  Investigators found her near Town Center Mall hours after she left her home near Acworth with 22-year-old Quanisha Bell.  She was unharmed.

Cobb County police located Bell several hours later walking along Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw.

According to police, Bell was visiting Warren's home when she asked the child's mother if they could walk to a nearby store on Bells Ferry.  When they did not return in an hour, the mom called police, triggering a Levi's Call.

In Facebook posts, Bell denied kidnapping the girl.

The Cherokee County district attorney's office negotiated a guilty plea to a lesser count of reckless conduct.  Bell was sentenced to a year's probation as a first offender.  She may not have any contact with Warren.
