Smyrna grants Habitat for Humanity rezoning

The Smyrna City Council approved Monday a rezoning request from Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Metro Atlanta.

The organization will build two single-family houses on a .63-acre tract at 2580 Bates St.

Each house will be 1,500 square feet.
