A report of shots fired in Roswell late Thursday night led to the discovery of various illegal drugs, police said.

According to Roswell police Lt. James McGee, the investigation of the shots led officers to a home in the 200 block of East Crossville Road, where they noticed a strong smell of marijuana.

Police obtained a search warrant after the person inside denied them access, and when they went in, officers found four pounds of marijuana, LSD, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, over 500 various pills and $7,000 in cash, McGee said.

Officers also found the materials to make methamphetamine, but those materials had not yet been mixed, and there was no evidence that any meth was manufactured at the location, McGee said.

Police arrested Joshua Michael Morris, 21, of Roswell and Killian Casey Wilkerson, 22, of Cumming on drug charges.
