The man accused of killing one woman and injuring two others -- one seriously -- during a Midtown shooting spree won't get a chance to seek bond until late next month.

A bond hearing for Nkosi Thandiwe last week was postponed until Sept. 26, according to the 22-year-old security guard's attorney, Rickey Richardson.

Police say Thandiwe shot Brittney Fox Watts, 26, in the neck at lunchtime on July 15, killing her in a parking lot across from the building they both worked in.

Thandiwe took Watts' car and drove out of the entrance of the parking deck on Crescent Avenue, investigators said, firing more gunshots and hitting co-workers Lauren Garcia and Tiffany Ferenczy as he pulled away.

Ferenczy suffered a minor leg injury and has since returned to work. Garcia was paralyzed and is being treated by spinal physicians at Atlanta's Shepherd Center.

As police searched the city for Thandiwe, he turned himself over to his attorney to surrender to authorities.

Thandiwe remains in the Fulton County jail charged with, among other offenses,  murder, felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
